Explain your problem. What were you doing while using the program, and explain the process you used while trying to operate the program. We can't help you without actually knowing the problem. =/

I assume the transaction is failing, so try this:

1) Is your TVB correct?
2) Is the furni you're purchasing buyable? (only MyCokeRewards and regular furni are buyable at the moment.)
3) Is your name set correctly?
4) Is a firewall blocking the program?

everythime i try it it says its not working i cant even log in to it

Check your name and TVB. Make sure your firewall is either off or not blocking the program. Chances are, you are using Windows XP SP2, so check your Windows Security Center and either turn off the firewall, or reconfigure it to not block the program.

i think i know what is the problem. you can't get it to work cause the server you have to login to is down. if you downloaded it from cokestudios.org, then that is why.

I think he's talking about the CS.org authentication. I don't think FurniDye will work at all now that CS.org is down, perhaps someone's making a version that doesn't have the authentication.
