They work as auto trainers. This bots help you train your RS guy while you are eating, at school, sleeping, etc. I would recommend not to use it on your main because this might get you banned, its hard tho but its possible. You can use it on mule accounts, get them to a high fighting or mage lvl and then sell them for about 500k. It depends on what lvl.
Thats what I used to do.
