He would centainly figure out something different than killing 3000 americans. You might think hes dumb, but what he has done as president is help this nation out a ton. He isnt as dumb as you think, he is 1 of the best presidents we have had. After 9/11 there havnt been any more attacks by terrorists on this country. There have been tons of attemps but they have all been stopped by his new systems off stopping them. You think wire tapping is bad huh? Well if you look at this system more closely it only monitors people with reasonable suspicion of terrorist acts or acts against this country. It has stopped many acts from happening and has made this country better. If John kerry was president right now we would all be speaking arabic.
