Start up Dreamweaver. Create a new HTML page.
Then...
Insert > Media > Flash
Go to Code View and copy the tags.
Then paste them where you need to.
No guaruntees. Only trying to help.
I'm not very familiar with Flash, but if you have any other questions about Dreamweaver, feel free to PM me.
