?. I dont need it to be sliced and coded, i can do that. Im just not that great at making web layouts. If you can do it for free then....
Colors: Red and Silver
Style: Tech or like a clan template (if you can't do that then just make it look good)
Dimensions: 800 by 600
Other: To make sure your credited for it put web layout created by "Yourname" or something like that. at the bottom.
The rest is your decision, just make it look cool
